(Press Release) ​MIAMI, FL – Oct. 22, 2025 – This December, Virgin Voyages will ignite the Caribbean with Olas de Fuego: Nicky Jam x Virgin Voyages, an all-new, eight-night celebration of Latin music and culture aboard Valiant Lady. Departing from San Juan, Puerto Rico on Dec. 5-13, 2025, the sailing will explore the vibrant Southern Caribbean with calls in Curaçao, Aruba, Dominica, Antigua and St. Maarten, delivering an unforgettable mix of rhythm, sun and Virgin flair at sea.

Headlining the voyage is global Latin icon Nicky Jam, who will set sail with his chart-topping sound and signature charisma for an unforgettable week of music and connection. Hand-curated by Nicky Jam himself, the lineup shines a light on the next generation of Latin artists, including:

• DJ Bash - A DJ & producer from Medellin, Colombia, DJ Bash is known for his ability to mix multiple genres seamlessly, including top 40, Latin, hip hop, afrobeat, and house. He is currently the official tour DJ for Nicky Jam.
• Mati Gomez - He is a 26-year-old Chilean singer-songwriter who has emerged as a promising voice in Latin music, blending romantic and urban styles to captivate international audiences.
• Adso - Adso is a Venezuelan singer, songwriter, and producer who has achieved more than 200 million streams, positioning him as a leading artist in the urban music genre. He is known for his versatility, blending dembow, R&B and reggaeton. 
• RoyalLive - RoyalLive is a 24-year-old emerging artist from La Guaira, Venezuela. While primarily a reggaeton artist, Royal is recognized for his versatility across various musical rhythms.
• Carmen DeLeon - She is a captivating singer-songwriter from Caracas, Venezuela, whose powerful talent and determination have propelled her career since her 2020 debut. She has quickly made a name for herself through collaborations with industry heavyweights like Tainy, Feid and Cali y El Dandee.
• Shadia Maraby - She is a singer and songwriter from Barranquilla, Colombia, who has spent more than five years in the music industry. She is known for her innovative and sensual sound and has collaborated with acclaimed producers such as Ily Wonder, Rike Music and Andrés Saavedra.
• Vlair - Vlair is a DJ and creative artist who blends sound and style to create immersive, high-energy performances. Known for her ability to merge rhythm, emotion and aesthetics, she transforms every set into an experience that connects audiences through music and movement.

Together, they’ll deliver an immersive celebration of reggaeton, pop and urban Latin beats that reflect the rhythm and soul of Puerto Rico.

Throughout the week, Sailors can expect exclusive performances, intimate artist encounters and pop-up moments that bring Nicky Jam’s world to life. From meet-and-greets with performers to personalized cabin drops, Olas de Fuego goes beyond the stage. The Squid Ink Takeover will feature custom flash tattoos curated by Nicky Jam, while Razzle Dazzle will offer La Industria Bakery’s signature “Nicky Jam’s Favorite Pancakes,” giving Sailors a literal taste of the artist’s roots. Additional programming includes special screenings of “El Ganador,” Nicky Jam’s biographical series that traces his rise from the streets of Medellín to global stardom, followed by an intimate Q&A with the artist, as well as exclusive Nicky Jam x Virgin Voyages merchandise with on-ship customization options.
