(Press Release) MIAMI, FL — May 7, 2026 — As consumers navigate ongoing travel uncertainty, Windstar Cruises today announced the launch of its new Peace of Mind Promise which gives guests the confidence to book now for eligible 2026 and 2027 sailings with unmatched flexibility and itinerary protection. 

Unlike traditional flexible booking programs, Windstar’s Peace of Mind Promise is designed to make planning easier and more reassuring—allowing guests to book their dream voyage today and adjust plans later if needed. Guests can cancel up to seven days prior to departure and retain the majority of their trip value as a Future Cruise Credit, making it simple to rebook when the time is right.

With many travelers still finalizing their summer 2026 plans, this new benefit removes the hesitation to wait. Guests can secure their preferred sailing now while taking advantage of a limited-time complimentary All-Inclusive offer – available for bookings through June 30, 2026 – which includes Wi-Fi, gratuities, and select beverages (a value of more than $1,300 on a seven-day voyage for two). 

The Peace of Mind Promise is included at no additional cost on eligible sailings departing through March 31, 2027, applies to destinations worldwide, and requires no explanation if plans change.

Unlike many flexible booking programs, Windstar’s Peace of Mind Promise covers the entire Windstar‑booked itinerary, not just the cruise itself. This includes cruise fare, shore excursions, hotels, air, and transfers booked through Windstar. Future Cruise Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of issuance and may be applied toward any Windstar voyage worldwide.
