(PRESS RELEASE)_For nearly three decades, the Center for Creative Education (CCE) has served Palm Beach County students. Now, their independent K-4 grade school—which launched in 2021 and opened its brand new, expanded location in West Palm Beach in August 2022—offers students in underserved communities an opportunity at a high-quality education. The Foundations School focuses on improving literacy and breaking the barriers of traditional education by incorporating the arts into core subjects (including mathematics and science). And… they’ve already seen academically at-risk students learn in extraordinary ways:
Best of all, The Foundations School uses a sliding fee scale based on household size and income. That means no one is turned away for their inability to pay. The Foundations School will host two free Open House admission events for families and prospective students K-4th grade on Wednesday, Nov. 16 and Saturday, Nov. 19 (10-11 a.m.) Families can tour the new campus, learn how to enroll their students, and participate in a fun art activity led by the school’s teaching artists.
