(Press Release) Delray Beach FL, April 16, 2024 – Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, will have a number of specials for Mother’s Day. Le Colonial offers divine upscale French-Vietnamese cuisine, not to mention an elegant and romantic ambiance. Specials, which will be served for lunch and dinner, include Muc Chien Gion, crispy salt and pepper calamari with jalapeño, lemon and tamarind Sauce ($24); Sui Cao Khoai Lan, Japanese sweet potato and spinach dumpling with mushrooms and a garlic chili dipping sauce ($19); Cua Tuyet Voi Tôm Xào Bơ, snow crab and prawns in garlic galangal butter sauce ($38); and Bahn Xeo, crispy Vietnamese crepe with shrimp, bean sprouts, pork belly, turmeric, Vietnamese herbs and nước chấm ($28). The dessert special is Strawberry Mille Feuille with Saigon Cinnamon Sugar ($15). To further add to the ambiance reminiscent of the Jazz Era, the Lounge now features a jazz pianist Sunday through Wednesday from 5:30 -8:30 p.m., including on Mother’s Day.
Dinner in the main dining room is available Sunday through Wednesday from 4 to 10 p.m., Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m. Lunch is served each day from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. until April 28. The Lounge, which is walk-in only, offers a special lounge menu and is open each night one hour later than the dining room, with that final hour for drinks only. Beginning April 29, Le Colonial’s new hours will be Sunday through Thursday 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. The Lounge will open at 4:00 p.m. daily. Social Hour will be Monday through Friday in the Lounge from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Piano Nights will be Monday through Wednesday from 5:00 - 8:00. The lounge will remain open one hour after the dining room closes. Lunch will end for the season on April 29 but be available on Mother’s Day. Lunch will be offered again starting December 1, 2024.
