Dinner at Antoine's

Of course one of the best reasons to celebrate Halloween in New Orleans is the food. So Shannon and Don chose Antoine's, a fixture in the Big Easy for over 175 years. They must be doing something right, and from these photos, they would agree!

Antoine's Baked Alaska is vanilla ice cream with pound cake on the bottom and egg white meringue on top, flambeed on the outside to perfection. Shannon approves!
