Our Starting Point: West Palm Beach
A view of the station from the adjacent parking garage at 511 Evernia in downtown West Palm Beach. Parking is complimentary for Brightline passengers.
Customers can also purchase tickets at these self-service terminals.
We were greeted by Sheina, who looked up our reservation and printed our tickets. We have to say that without exception, every Brightline employee we interacted with throughout the trip was friendly, pleasant and informative. Major kudos to their customer service!
TIP: Download the GoBrightline app. Tickets purchased through the app can be scanned right from your phone.
Up the escalator, once you pass through security, you reach the lounge waiting areas. There is the SMART LOUNGE and the SELECT LOUNGE. They reflect the two service options for riding Brightline. The SELECT service features wider seats and complimentary snacks. Currently, SELECT service from West Palm to Miami costs $25 each way, or $15 for SMART service. Seniors receive a discount, as well as kids under 13. Check the GoBrightline website for the latest pricing and special offers.
