(PRESS RELEASE)_American Queen Steamboat Company (AQSC), a leader in U.S. river cruising, is thrilled to debut photography of its fourth vessel, the American Countess. As the newest paddlewheeler on U.S. rivers, the American Countess will offer many of the same exciting heartland and deep South itineraries as her sister ships, the American Queen and American Duchess.
The American Countess inaugural voyage is anticipated in the first quarter of 2021 and will feature six- to 15-day itineraries, including her very own “Mighty Mississippi” cruise. Guests will finally be able to enjoy the vessel’s four decks including a dedicated Sun Deck, comfortable and inviting staterooms in four categories that feature a sleek, modern design. The unveiling of the American Countess will precede the highly anticipated Ocean Victory, the seventh ship by American Queen Steamboat Company, which owns and operates Victory Cruise Lines (VCL). The Ocean Victory will invite guests to explore the breathtaking scenery and wildlife of Alaska and British Columbia on expert led excursions and small-ship, scenic cruising in Spring 2021.
