Fort Lauderdale, FL – July 28, 2022 – Today, American Queen Voyages™, part of the Hornblower® Group, has announced that travelers can now take advantage of free roundtrip air on select voyages from 30 gateways in 2023 when booked by Aug. 31, 2022. Guests taking advantage of this offer can sail on any vessel in the cruise line’s fleet, with itineraries sailing February through December 2023. In addition, the cruise line has also launched a new full-service air desk to provide consumer and agent support beginning with select 2022 and 2023 voyages. Overseen by Director of Call Center Operations Dana Horton and a team of cruise industry veterans led by Director Tonya Meyer and Manager Kevin White, who have a combined 35 years of experience enabling them to provide a seamless voyage experience for guests. “We are always seeking to improve our guest experience in its entirety from arrival at the embarkation city with an included pre-cruise hotel, to the moment they depart the vessel to return home,” said Isis Ruiz, chief commercial officer of American Queen Voyages. “Our skilled air team is now available to serve our guests and travel advisors in the planning process and reduce the anxiety that can come with booking a flight.”
The free roundup air package is available for sailings on any vessel in American Queen Voyages’ fleet. A complete list of sailings with the inclusive air add-on is available at link. In 2022, American Queen has grown to seven vessels, expanding into expedition sailings in British Columbia and Alaska on Ocean Victory™. Ocean Victory will conclude her inaugural Alaska season in September and sail a maiden Pacific Coast itinerary from San Diego, CA, to San José (Puntarenas), Costa Rica on Oct. 3, 2022. Ports include Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, Puerto Vallarta, Manzanillo, Huatulco, Puerto Chiapas, and Playas del Coco. Free Air is available from select gateways for guests booking the entire voyage by Aug. 31, 2022. With the full fleet in service celebrating the company’s milestone tenth season, flagship American Queen is currently sailing the Ohio River, the American Countess and American Duchess are on the Upper Mississippi River and the popular America Empress is sailing the scenic Northwest. Lakes & Oceans vessels Ocean Voyager and Ocean Navigator are deployed in the Great Lakes through mid-September including exclusive calls at Chicago’s Navy Pier and new Ocean Victory is operating expeditions between Vancouver, B.C. and Sitka, Alaska.
