Hours for the weekly Sunday brunch are 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The brunch menu includes Tito’s Bloody Mary’s Oyster “Shooters” with Old Bay Spiced Rum ($10). Dishes on the menu include pain perdue, New Orleans style French toast made with Cuban bread, bananas foster sauce and toasted pecans ($13); seafood crepe gratin with shrimp and crab and a royal glacage ($16); Shrimp and Grits with Key West pinks, creamy cheese grits, Tasso ham and sherry creole sauce ($16); smoked trout and tomato hash with sunny side up eggs ($19); and eggs Chesapeake with crab cakes, poached eggs and Old Bay hollandaise ($23). Also on the menu are Greek yogurt and house-made granola parfait with a seasonal fruit compote ($9); huevos rancheros with black beans, crisp corn tortilla over medium eggs with avocado, salsa, Latin crema and XXX sauce ($19); shakshouka with eggs, tomatoes, peppers, feta cheese and grilled local sourdough ($18); Eggs Bar Harbor with butter poached lobster ($28); classic eggs benedict with thick cut Canadian bacon ($19) and “Your Omelet” with a choice of four of the following: goat cheese, cheddar and jack, feta cheese, spinach, portabella mushrooms, sundried tomato, roasted sweet peppers or caramelized onions ($21). The dinner menu, which includes sushi, ceviche, a variety of fish, lobster, oysters and shrimp, as well as chicken and steak, will also be available. A Bloody Mary bar will be available for $12-$18, depending on the choice of liquor. Guests can order their choice of vodka and there will be a station that guests can choose from with Clamato, tomato juice, Corvina Bloody Mary Mix, Crystal Hot Sauce, Siracha, olives, limes, lemons, celery, pickled carrots, banana peppers, pickled jalapeno, pickled okra, pickled green beans, gherkins, horseradish and Old Bay Seasoning.
