My love for scanning Christmas catalogues began at a very young age. I remember how the paper smelled of ink. Now, there is only time of the year where I sink into the dreamy-world of a bright and shiny catalogue. When the Neiman-Marcus Christmas book arrives, I find myself smiling and dreaming, just like I did as a kid. This year, I made a note for G to check out the Mustang convertibles as a possibility. Also, some rather striking jewelry caught my eye, so I dog-eared the page, just in case G needs prodding. I mean, it IS possible that he could use some shopping suggestions. Well, it is more possible that we could cut the photos OUT of the catalogue and make some paper-dolls for a certain little girl we know. Christmas catalogues just never go totally out of style. -- Pam |
