(PRESS RELEASE)_BOCA RATON, FL December 21, 2021– Corvina Seafood Grill, which opened recently in downtown Boca Raton, will feature a special three-course Table d’Hote style menu on New Year's Eve, with prices ranging from $70 to $95 per person, depending on the entree chosen. Dinner will begin with an amuse, then choice of first course from entrees on the menu and the choice of a dessert. There will be a la carte raw bar offerings and caviar. For the last seating, guests will ring in the new year with complimentary favors and a glass of sparkling wine. All month long Corvina will feature Coquito, which is a holiday eggnog from Puerto Rico ($12). Corvina Seafood Grill features a renowned chef, an array of unique culinary creations, and stunning interior and exterior space. The 235-seat restaurant was created by industry veterans Dean Carras and Patrick Marino, along with operating partners David Wizenberg and renowned Washington, D.C. Executive Chef Jeff Tunks. Corvina Seafood Grill boasts both panoramic indoor and open-air seating for 235 guests and a private dining room that seats up to 32 guests. The exquisite, Atlantic Ocean inspired interior features a colorful saltwater aquarium and a number of eye-catching touches. A seafood lovers’ dream, the menu features a myriad of dishes including fresh, locally sourced, daily catch, briny oysters on the half shell, sushi rolls, and vertically spectacular seafood towers, as well as an array of fine steaks, poultry and health-conscious menu items. The expansive indoor/outdoor bar serves craft cocktails and shareable small plates. Its unique “9 for $9” Happy Hour menu consists of imaginative edibles like Rock Shrimp Nachos, Tito’s Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters, and Crispy Smashed Potatoes Patatas Bravas with a spicy smoked paprika sauce. Chef Tunks, well known in the metropolitan D.C. culinary scene, has earned a list of accolades that include Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington’s Chef of the Year and Washingtonian magazine’s Restaurateur of the Year. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Tunks and Mr. Wizenberg have owned and operated some of the most iconic restaurants in the Washington, DC metro area.
