Old Port Cove Marina, home to Belle's Bar & Grill

Since we located here over five years ago, one of our favorite places in North Palm Beach is Sandpiper's Cove, the waterfront restaurant and bar at the Old Port Cove Marina. We've written about it extensively on the website as one of the few upscale area restaurants located on the water.

Since the marina was acquired by Safe Harbor, there have been extensive renovations in progress, and today we learned it's not only getting a new look, but also a new name: Belle's Bar & Grill, which will have its grand opening Dec. 14.

We'll be posting more about it coming soon. In the meantime, here's their press release:

Grand Opening of Belle’s Bar & Grill:  Hooking fish and people
