The cozy, new omakase counter features a signature 12-piece menu, including delicacies like Hamachi (yellowtail), Botan Ebi (spotted prawn), Ikura (salmon roe), Hotate (scallop), O-Toro (fatty tuna), Unagi (bbq eel), and Wagyuni (surf and turf). A 17-piece "Bougie" omakase is also available.

Hours of operation are Tuesday through Sunday, from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Seating times are 5 p.m., 6:15 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8:45 p.m., and 10 p.m. (and 11:15 p.m. on Friday and Saturday). Each timed seating is 60 minutes.
Old Fashioned Pearl (recipe)
2 oz. Legent Bourbon
.25 oz. roasted barley syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Luxardo cherry
1 orange peel
1 lemon peel
Add ingredients, excluding cherry and citrus peels, into a rocks glass. Add one large square or round ice cube. Stir with a bar spoon for ten seconds. Gently twist lemon and lime peels over the drink, then rub the outer rim. Garnish with Luxardo cherry and citrus peels. Kanpai!
