Life Like Jake 4th Annual “Poker 4 Prevention” Charity Tournament

(PRESS RELEASE)_WEST PALM BEACH, FL (May 30, 2023) – Palm Beach County’s #1 non-profit invites everyone to ante up for some fun during the Life Like Jake 4th Annual “Poker 4 Prevention” Charity Tournament.  Tickets are on sale now for the Texas Hold ‘Em showdown, which will be held at the Palm Beach Kennel Club on June 25, starting at 12 p.m. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. Please be sure to indicate that you are playing for Live Like Jake when you check in.  Tickets are $50 per person, and covers the initial buy-in. Re-buys are available throughout the tournament, and the top 10% winners get paid. Proceeds from the event go towards childhood drowning prevention.
 
“Live Like Jake is happy to once more return to the Palm Beach Kennel Club where we have a great time together while reminding everyone not to gamble with our children’s lives,” says Keri Morrison, organization founder and mother to Jake, who was lost in a tragic drowning incident. “This event helps us raise funds to support drowning prevention and to create awareness of the importance of safety measures that should be in place in and around water.”

The Live Like Jake 4th Annual “Poker 4 Prevention” Charity Tournament takes place Sunday, June 25 at 12 p.m. at the Palm Beach Kennel Club’s 2nd floor Poker Room. The Kennel Club is located at 1111 N Congress Ave in West Palm Beach.
