In addition to cocktails and dinners, the event will include musical performances from additional SPGAS award recipients, including:  Seared Tuna Nicoise Chef Guy Rettig, Executive Chef of Tesoro Club in Port St. Lucie shares his recipe for Seared Tuna Niçoise.
For over 25 years, Chef Rettig has led culinary teams in platinum-rated golf and yacht communities, boutique-style resorts, and AAA guide-rated restaurants.
