Prezzo Offering Easter Bottomless Brunch

(Press Release) WHO/WHAT: Serving Italian classics with a modern twist,  Prezzo Palm Beach Gardens, PGA’s wildly- popular Italian trattoria, invites visitors to celebrate Easter with a memorable Bottomless Brunch experience designed to cater to every craving and preference from 10AM - 2PM.

Priced at $39 per person, Brunch offerings include 18 delectable small plates specially curated by Executive Chef David Garcia.

​​Guests can relish savory and sweet dishes, including a White Truffle Frittata with egg whites, spinach, tomato, and white truffle cream (vegan upon request); Caprese Avocado Toast with chopped cherry tomato, fresh mozzarella, and balsamic glaze; Butternut Squash Quinoa Stack with tri-colored quinoa, roasted butternut squash, avocado, and pansy vinaigrette; Crème Brûlèe French Toast Bake with challah bread, brown sugar brûlèe, and whipped cream; Bananas Foster Pancake Stack with buttermilk pancakes, caramelized bananas, and candied walnuts; and Italian Zeppoles with powdered sugar and warm Nutella for dipping.

For those looking to add a boozy twist to their experience, pair your Brunch with Prezzo’s bottomless sips - a mix and match of prosecco zero, mimosas, bellinis, Aperol Spritz, and Prezzo’s signature Bloody Marys - for an additional $20 per person. If bubbles are more your style, elevate your Brunch with the bottomless bubbles pairing. Sip on Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label by the glass for $20 per person or bottomless bubbles for $50 per person.

Brunch will have a two-hour table limit,  and bottomless ends at 4PM for those with 2PM reservations.
