Cocktail Created for National Rum Day

Cherry Mojito ($13.50)

(PRESS RELEASE)_Ervin Machado, the Beverage Director and Sommelier at Louie Bossi's and Elisabetta's created this cocktail for National Rum Day.

Cherry Mojito
2 oz Big cypress local rum
1 oz Local citrus juice (lemon/lime)
5 muddled black cherries
3 Fresh muddled basil
1 oz Agave nectar 
2 ounce water

Shake, then top with soda water
