For the purist, snag a coveted seat at the bar and drawl, "cin cin" with a Jim Beam bourbon whiskey neat ($6.50) or on the rocks ($9).

Pair your Southern sipper with executive chef Sebastiano Setticasi's happy hour starters, like Shrimp Bada Bing ($5), Prime Short Rib Meatball ($6), Tuna Wonton ($9), New York-style pizzas (from $9), or tuck into the pillowy soft Beggar's Purse ($11) stuffed with pears, four cheeses, and laced with truffle taleggio cream.
