Palm Beach Drum Student Recognized

(PRESS RELEASE)_Palm Beach, FL.—Sept. 8, 2022 – StrumClub, a leading national online music school, today announced their recognition of 8-year-old Palm Beach, Florida drum student Casey Hayes as September 2022 National Student of the Month. Casey, who was nominated by his instructor, Brad Meehan, was chosen from students around the country for the honor.

Casey began taking lessons in August of 2021, and has made great progress with his instrument through his dedication to practicing and positive attitude. He performed live in his first ever recital in March to viewers around the country, and has a love for several genres, listing some of his favorite artists to play as Queen and Green Day.

“We’re so proud to name Casey our National Student of the Month” said Jeff Alexander, StrumClub School Director.  “His growing love for music and performing has been inspiring to see!”

​Casey has set some long-term goals for his music career as well. “I like to listen to all sorts of songs and play the cool parts on drums. I want to teach others someday.” said Casey. “It feels good to be a drummer!”
