Great Lakes Chowder

(PRESS RELEASE)_​Artisan Waterfront Restaurant & Tavern, the restaurant of DELAMAR Traverse City, will be offering prix fixe holiday menus that feature a choice of delicious dishes that reflect holiday traditions while incorporating Great Lakes-inspired cuisine indicative of the season with local seafood, farm fresh fare from an onsite garden and local farms, and homemade pastries.

Christmas and Christmas Eve
Three-Course Dinner - $59 per person | young adult (10 & up) $30 | kiddy menu $12
Christmas Eve: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Christmas Day: 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Guests will enjoy the three-course prix fixe menu on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day with Starters such as Great Lakes Chowder and Roasted Beets and Crispy Goat Cheese; Entrees such as Christmas “Pinsa” with confit tomatoes, foraged mushrooms, and truffle essence, and Berkshire Pork Chop with hard cider au jus; Desserts such as Christmas Trifle and Chocolate Peppermint Cake.

New Year’s Eve
First Seating - A la Carte menu | 4:30pm - 7:00pm
Gala Seating with Dancing - Five-Course Prix Fixe Menu - $155 per person  | 8:00pm - 10:00pm
On New Year’s Eve, guests will enjoy chef’s specialties such as Wild Salmon Tartare, Maine Lobster Mosaic, Périgord Truffle Salad, Local Black Sea Bass “a la plancha,” and Crispy Duck Breast.
