Guests will enjoy the three-course prix fixe menu on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day with Starters such as Great Lakes Chowder and Roasted Beets and Crispy Goat Cheese; Entrees such as Christmas “Pinsa” with confit tomatoes, foraged mushrooms, and truffle essence, and Berkshire Pork Chop with hard cider au jus; Desserts such as Christmas Trifle and Chocolate Peppermint Cake.

Gala Seating with Dancing - Five-Course Prix Fixe Menu - $155 per person | 8:00pm - 10:00pm
On New Year’s Eve, guests will enjoy chef’s specialties such as Wild Salmon Tartare, Maine Lobster Mosaic, Périgord Truffle Salad, Local Black Sea Bass “a la plancha,” and Crispy Duck Breast.
