(PRESS RELEASE)_Jupiter, Fla. – Summer couldn’t come soon enough for Blackbird Modern Asian. In June, the celebrity-lauded dining room debuted The Palm Beaches’ first never-ending Monday happy hour. Now, it is launching a three-course prix fixe menu ahead of the season’s sizzling midpoint. Beginning August 1, the prix fixe menu will feature a choice of executive chef/partner Tim Nickey Pan-Asian-inspired delicacies for $39 per person (excludes tax and gratuity). Amongst the small plate and dim sum starters are short rib & bone marrow dumplings, spicy kung pao calamari, and salmon or Hamachi crispy rice. Entrée selections include sweet & sour pork with pork belly, dragon fruit, pineapple, and crispy shallots; dan dan noodles with minced pork and beef, pickled mustard greens, radish, Sichuan peppercorn, and chili oil; and vegetarian chow fun with wide Cantonese rice noodles, shiitake, garlic chive, mushroom soy sauce, and truffle. For dessert, guests can pick from executive pastry chef Denise Elrod’s toasted coconut sundae with coconut gelato, toasted coconut, caramelized peanuts, sesame tuile, miso caramel, and palm sugar whipped cream or a chocolate mochi banana split with chocolate cake, chocolate mochi, caramelized bananas, strawberries, peanut brittle, and warm dark chocolate sauce.
