(PRESS RELEASE)_​Boca Raton, FL, June 1, 2021 – Visitors to Boca Center, the mixed-use dining, retail and office destination at 5150 Town Center Circle in Boca Raton, will soon be greeted with a vibrant and refreshed new look, along with an array of new dining and retail offerings. The improvements will be happening over the next few months, according to Barings, a global investment management firm which purchased Boca Center in 2014.
 
Boca Center has been a popular gathering place for locals and visitors for over 30 years,  anchored by long-time tenants including Rocco’s Tacos, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Sushi Ray, Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar, Total Wine & More, and a number of upscale retailers.
 
Barings is making a multi-million-dollar investment into the property, including new exterior enhancements, modern paint scheme, upgraded light fixtures, refreshed landscaping, and outdoor furnishings and signage.  In addition to the new look at the Shops at Boca Center, Barings is making significant upgrades to the center’s Class A office buildings, located at 5100 and 5200 Town Center Circle.

Within the month, Barings will announce several new tenants, including a gourmet market, a high-end wine bar and restaurant, and fitness and fashion boutiques.  These new tenants come on the heels of a number of new dining, beauty and retail offerings, including Vivo Pizza + Pasta, Copperfish Kitchen, Peter’s Place, Agalia Fine Jewelers, Waxing the City , and Namaste Nail Sanctuary.
 
The property is managed by Cushman & Wakefield, and leased by Lindsey Alexander of Fimiani Development.
