Brightline Partners for Miami Marathon

(PRESS RELEASE)_MIAMI (January 10, 2023) – Brightline, the only provider of modern, eco-friendly, intercity rail in America, is partnering with The Life Time Miami Marathon to help transport runners to South Florida’s most prestigious annual race on Sunday, January 29th. Participants looking to skip the added stresses of driving and traffic can book Brightline’s early morning trains to arrive on time, just steps away from the marathon’s starting line at FTX Arena.

On race day, early Brightline trains will depart from West Palm Beach at 3:48 a.m. and Fort Lauderdale at 4:20 a.m. Later train departures are also available for friends and family “cheer squads” to skip traffic, skip parking, and get to Miami to welcome runners at the finish line. 

Healthy snacks to fuel runners will be provided on the train and a post-marathon celebratory glass of prosecco are also included. Runners and guests simply look for the MIA Marathon icon when booking to purchase a seat. Fares start as low as $22. 

Brightline will also run trains timed to get marathon participants to all the events happening throughout the weekend including the Miami Marathon Expo, the Tropical 5K and the Babies’ Diaper Derby.

Over its 19-year history, The Miami Marathon has developed into an internationally renowned event with a field of 25,000 runners from all 50 states and over 80 countries.
