Beverage Director and Certified Sommelier Ervin Machado, CSW, WSET, CMS, recommends the Pineapple or Grapefruit Martinis, priced at $12.50. Pineapple martini: 4 muddled pineapple chunks 2 ounces of pineapple vodka juice of one lemon juice of one lime 1 ounce of simple syrup Finished with Louie Bossi’s chili oil (infuse extra virgin olive oil with red pepper flakes for three days) Grapefruit Martini: 2 Ounces of Ketel One Vodka Juice of one lemon Juice of one lime 1 ounce of simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar) 0.5 of St. Germaine elderflower liqueur Elisabetta’s is led by Big Time Restaurant Group’s Corporate Culinary Director Lisabet Summa.
