For $350 per guest, the globally-inspired bistro and sushi bar is featuring a five-course pre-fixe menu with bottomless Veuve Clicquot champagne. Alternatively, guests may choose the prix-fixe menu with champagne a la carte for $200 per guest. The decadent menu celebrates cuisines along the 41st parallel starting with an Amuse of Loaded Toro with crispy shallot, uni, truffle, Japanese citrus finished with a gold flake. Moving on to the first and second courses, guests will delight in King Crab with yuzu butter, shiso oil, truffle caviar with micro herbs and a Sashimi platter of toro, salmon and yellow tail. The main course offers a choice of a Bone-in Short Rib and Diver Scallop and a Black Truffle Lobster Tagliatelle.
