![]() (Press Release) West Palm Beach, FL -- DalMoros, the celebrated fast-casual fresh pasta concept born in Venice, Italy, will open its second South Florida location in West Palm Beach on Friday, March 8th. With its innovative approach of serving scratch-made fresh pasta in convenient takeout boxes, DalMoros caters to busy patrons craving an affordable meal on the go. At DalMoros, guests craft their boxes starting with a selection of four homemade fresh pasta styles—fusilli, rigatoni, fettuccine, and bigoli (thick spaghetti)—paired with an array of delectable homemade sauces ranging from cream sauces like Pesto and Cacio E Pepe (cheese and pepper) to meat sauces like Amatriciana (tomatoes, pancetta, and onion) and Bolognese. For the final touch, diners can enhance their meal with toppings such as chicken, bacon, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, and more. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly options are also available. Guests can complement their dining experience with homemade tiramisu, breadsticks, and a selection of beer, wine, and soft drinks. Situated along Clematis Street, pedestrians will be captivated by the sight of DalMoros' signature pasta machine in the window, tirelessly producing fresh pasta throughout the day. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, but the take-out packages are designed for walkability, allowing diners to enjoy their meal on the go. DalMoros is easily accessible through all major third-party delivery sites, and they offer catering, promising a genuine taste of Italy for any event.
Founded in 2012 by Gabriele Dal Moro in Venice, Italy, the Caruso family introduced the franchise to the United States after a serendipitous encounter with the eatery during their vacation. David Caruso remarked, "We were captivated by DalMoros' authenticity and knew it would resonate with American diners. We’re honored to be the ones to bring this concept to the US.” West Palm Beach is the fifth US location, joining St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota, and Delray Beach. Later this spring, DalMoros will open in the highly anticipated Block 40 Food Hall in Hollywood, FL. "Our Clematis Street location is our largest yet, offering patrons a chance to enjoy our fresh pasta onsite and to go,” says David Caruso. We’re eager to serve more people with a convenient and approachable Italian experience across the state and beyond." DalMoros Delray Beach is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with late-night hours on weekends.
