(PRESS RELEASE)_Palm Beach Gardens, FL – On April 12, celebrate Easter Sunday with family and friends at III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens. No hopping required.
Executive chef Tommy Nevill will usher in the gastronomic holiday with a decadent Sunday brunch ($45 per person). Premium selections will include filet mignon Benedict, French toast topped with spiced brown sugar glazed bacon, plump shrimp and grits, vegetarian steak & eggs, or lobster tail Benedict with Hollandaise sauce, poached eggs, asparagus, and fingerling potatoes. Feeling toasty? Guests can enjoy a spicy Bloody Mary cocktail or sparkling mimosa ($8 each) along with complimentary scones, Danish, and biscotti.
Diners can select from the Easter A La Carte Menu, featuring ahi tuna ($19), seared sea scallops with bacon jam ($20), 18 oz. USDA Prime bone-in ribeye ($57), Atlantic salmon with tarragon chimichurri sauce ($35), and fork-tender Chilean sea bass ($44).
Easter hours are from 11 a.m. to5 p.m. Brunch offerings and a limited a la carte menu are available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. A regular menu is available after 3 p.m. A children's prix fixe menu will be available (12 and under) for $18.
