NYY Steak, the property’s fine dining restaurant has set the bar with their trendy interior design featuring the past to present Yankee’s Signature Wall. Chef Paul Youngstrand, will offer special brunch and dinner menus. The brunch (priced at $85 per person) will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and will include a fresh seafood station, salad and soup station, pancake station, eggs and omelet station, chef-attended carving station, tasting selections, a dessert, crepes, and bananas foster station as well as a mimosas and Bloody Mary bar.
