The Casino creates an upscale ambiance that always exceeds expectation. Hopping into their fun-filled festivities will be an unforgettable Easter. Don’t keep all your eggs in one basket as this holiday event will be offered at four of the casino’s popular dining venues.

NYY Steak

NYY Steak, the property’s fine dining restaurant has set the bar with their trendy interior design featuring the past to present Yankee’s Signature Wall. Chef Paul Youngstrand, will offer special brunch and dinner menus. The brunch (priced at $85 per person) will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and will include a fresh seafood station, salad and soup station, pancake station, eggs and omelet station, chef-attended carving station, tasting selections, a dessert, crepes, and bananas foster station as well as a mimosas and Bloody Mary bar. The dinner (served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.) will include such items as a spring salad, as well as pan-seared halibut and dry-aged prime rib. Entertainment will be provided by Neil Freestone. Sorrisi, which offers an exquisite Italian dining experience that impresses any palate. Chef Shannon Weiberg will offer delightful Easter specials such as an a la carte or a prix fixe menu for $85 per person from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The menu will include sausage white bean with broccoli rabe soup, a grilled peach and burrata salad appetizer, a choice of scallops with blood orange gastrique or spring lamb and peas as an entrée, and lemon-blueberry bread pudding for dessert. Fresh Harvest 

This restaurant brings a twist of farm style cuisines into the upbeat casino world which elevates tingling taste buds and fine dining experiences. Chef Jarrod Campbell will serve an Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. ($42 per person; $17 for children 10 and under). It includes endless mimosas as well as sparkling wine and house wine and one pound of crab legs. The chef-inspired holiday favorites include oven roasted turkey; prime rib; slow-roasted brisket, charred NY strip; assorted sushi, house-made breakfast sausage and bacon, French toast and pancakes, and eggs Benedict, as well as a wide variety of desserts and pastries.

1st Street Deli 

Authentic New York-style delicatessen brings a hop, skip and jump into some Easter fun, opening from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. This unique dining will offer a delicious menu with specials like seafood cioppino soup, spring salad, grilled swordfish, spring lamb chops, and a lemon-strawberry square for dessert.
