(PRESS RELEASE)_At global bistro and sushi bar LoLa 41 on Palm Beach island, Executive Chef Brian Bottge will craft several Easter brunch and dinner specials to accompany the restaurant’s full menu of selections. Taking inspiration from its New England roots, the restaurant will feature a Maine Lobster Roll ($45) for brunch highlighting fresh chunks of lobster dressed with Yuzu Kewpie on a buttered brioche roll with chives - accompanied with Old Bay seasoned fries. Moving on to dinner, LoLa is offering a Bone-in Prime Rib ($65) with candied rainbow carrots, a goat cheese spring pea potato puree and hop'd au jus with peppered horseradish cream; and the Crunchy Salmon Maki ($27) - a panko-fried roll with smoked salmon, grilled asparagus, chile spinach and finished with sweet & spicy mascarpone. A destination for island locals and tourists alike, LoLa 41 boasts a large outdoor patio for alfresco dining within a beautifully landscaped courtyard - perfect for special occasions or simply gathering with friends. The LoLa 41’s Easter Brunch special will be available from 11:30 am to 3 pm; dinner specials will be available from 5pm to 10pm. The restaurant is located at 290 Sunset Avenue on the corner of Sunset and Bradly. For more information, please visit www.lol41.com, or call 561.599.5652.
