Elisabetta's Adds New Seasonal Menu Items

(PRESS RELEASE)_Delray Beach and West Palm Beach, FL, September 28, 2023 – Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar and Pizzeria, Big Time Restaurant Group’s Italian restaurant in Delray Beach and West Palm Beach, led by Big Time Corporate Culinary Director Lisabet Summa, has added new seasonal items to its menu.
 
Just added, a House Made Basket Ricotta ($17) which is a buttermilk, unsalted ricotta. This fresh cheese is named for the basket it's molded in. Creamy and sweet, this ricotta has a spoonable texture. It’s served with speck, smoked prosciutto, fruit and mint.
 
Sundays will feature Veal Saltimbocca ($38), two three-ounce filets of veal pounded thin and layered with cotto prosciutto, aged provolone and sage, sauteed in a white wine butter sauce and served with fingerling potatoes.

Another new addition is the Rossa Ricotta Pizza ($18.50), a classic tomato pizza made with Neapolitan style dough, fresh basil, Calabrian oregano and served with a drizzle of hot honey and house-made ricotta.
 
The fourth new dish is Tagliarini Al Limone ($20), fresh cut tagliarini pasta (a ribbon pasta that is like a thinner linguine) with Meyer lemon, mascarpone, yellow tomatoes, parmigiana, chopped pistachios and micro basil.
 
“In Italy, the three original pizzas included a marinara pizza. The Rossa Ricotta Pizza feels fresher and lighter to me, and it eats equally well when it’s cooled off,” Lisabet Summa said. 
 
As a “sister” restaurant to Louie Bossi’s, Elisabetta’s has a scratch kitchen and the menu features many of that restaurant’s classic dishes, like dry-aged steaks, but also includes expanded seafood, chicken and salad options. Elisabetta’s makes all breads and desserts in house as well, including several kinds of gelato.
 
The restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. ​
