Revelers can whet their whistles while paying respect to Saint Patrick with the frozen Lucky ’Rita ($7), a delightful, emerald-hued combination of top-shelf tequila, Cointreau liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, Midori Melon Liqueur, and garnished with a lime wedge. Pairs perfectly with top shelf guacamole prepared tableside by one of Cantina Laredo's avocado aficionados.

Lucky ‘Rita

1 serving
2 oz. premium tequila
¾ oz. Cointreau
1½ oz. fresh lime juice
1½ oz. simple syrup
1 shot Midori Melon Liqueur

Combine all ingredients and ice into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a salt-rimmed glass and top with a swirl of Midori Melon Liqueur. Garnish with a lime wedge. Serve.
