Executive chef Tommy Nevill will usher in the gastronomic holiday with a jumbo four-course feast for guests to enjoy at home. The prix fixe menu  ($58 per person) features an appetizer (Jumbo Crab Cake with creole beurre blanc), salad choice (III Forks Salad or Classic Caesar Salad), entrée (Chateaubriand with Worcestershire demi-glace), and dessert choice (Bread Pudding or Chocolate Ganache Cake).
