Makers Mark Pecan Bread Pudding

(PRESS RELEASE)_​Palm Beach Gardens — Tuck into a happy Thanksgiving at III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens. On November 28, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., the celebrated steakhouse and executive chef Tommy Nevill will present a sumptuous three-course prix fixe menu, with choices like tenderloin tomato soup, maple glazed Atlantic salmon with coconut infused jasmine rice and roasted autumn vegetables, and fork fight over the last bite of Kentucky bourbon chocolate pecan pie for dessert.  

Thanksgiving prix fixe menu:

First Course* (choose one)

III Forks Salad-- Our signature salad with Granny Smith apples, Wisconsin blue cheese, toasted pecans and field greens with our homemade maple pecan vinaigrette

Tenderloin Tomato Soup-- Fresh roasted vine-ripe plum tomatoes and sweet basil simmered with tenderloin beef stock 

*Substitute Lobster Bisque ($5)

Entrée* (choose one)

Spice Rubbed Holiday Turkey with Grandma’s gravy, fresh cranberry-orange relish, sausage sage cornbread dressing, creamed potatoes, maple-glazed yams and roasted autumn vegetables

Roasted Midwest Beef Tenderloin in a roast shallot thyme veal glace with whipped potatoes, off-the-cob creamed corn and roasted autumn vegetables

Vermont Maple Glazed Atlantic Salmon with coconut infused jasmine rice and roasted autumn vegetables

*Add Asparagus ($10)

Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream and caramel

Kentucky Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie 

Makers Mark Pecan Bread Pudding with vanilla ice cream

Three-course prix fixe menu is $49 for adults and $18 for children age 12 and under, excluding tax and gratuity. Tea and coffee included.  Guests can also select from a limited à la carte menu featuring signature appetizers, steaks and seafood, butters & crowns, and popular sides like sautéed spinach, off-the-cob cream corn, and six cheese potatoes.    Reservations are strongly recommended.
