The Holiday Dinner ($249.99 plus tax) serves 10-12 guests and comes with one of the following: a fourteen-pound, slow-roasted, all-natural, whole turkey; honey-and-brown-sugar-glazed spiral ham; or boneless pork loin chock-full of prosciutto, fontina cheese, and fire-roasted peppers and offered with mushroom marsala wine sauce. Delicious accompaniments include traditional baked ziti, roasted vegetables, roasted rosemary potatoes, green bean almondine, whipped mashed potatoes, and a dozen dinner rolls. 
 
Simplify meal prep on Christmas Day with ready-to-serve spreads such as small and large appetizer platters brimming with shrimp and cocktail sauce ($79.99/$119.99), antipasti ($79.99/$109.99), international cheeses ($69.99/$94.99), grilled vegetables ($59.99/$79.99), fresh vegetables ($49.99/$69.99), and fresh fruit ($49.99/$69.99). For an added wow factor, try Joseph’s classic baked clams ($12.99 per dozen). 
 
Impress esteemed guests and persnickety gourmands alike with a la carte, restaurant-worthy entrees in categories ranging from pasta (Italian baked ziti, Old World lasagna, cavatelli and broccoli, stuffed shells, rigatoni alla vodka, and Italian manicotti); chicken (chicken Francaise, chicken piccata, chicken marsala, chicken parmigiana, and fried chicken fingers); pork (spiral sliced ham and stuffed pork loin); and beef (boneless rib roast, Italian meatballs, chateaubriand roast, beef Wellington, and sliced roast beef) to seafood (crab-meat-and-shrimp-stuffed filet of sole, frutti di mare, and zuppa di pesce); eggplant (eggplant parmigiana and eggplant rollatini); and vegetables (broccoli oreganata, string bean almondine, broccoli rabe, traditional mashed potatoes, roasted rosemary potatoes, and Caesar and house salads). In honor of Hanukkah, Joseph’s presents slow-roasted, “bubbe-approved” beef brisket dinners complete with classic matzo ball soup, festive rice, and a medley of roasted vegetables for one ($24.99) and two ($44.99) people.
