(PRESS RELEASE)_Boynton Beach, FL – We think Al Pacino was referring to National Martini Day, when he eulogized, “The best feeling in the world is the one between the second and third martini." Equally famous martini men and women have included Ernest Hemingway (who liked his extra-cold), Clark Gable (extra-dry, please), Queen Elizabeth II (Gordon's gin with three slices of lemon), and Julia Child preferred upside-down martinis composed of dry gin, lemon peel, and extra dry vermouth on the rocks.

On Saturday, June 19, Josie's Ristorante, the celebrated Boynton Beach hole-in-the-wall, will roll out a quartet of Happy Hour-priced sips ($8.50), including:

Limoncello Martini
Iced limoncello, Citron vodka, and a sugar rim

Chocolate Martini
Vanilla vodka, splash of cream, and chocolate liqueur

Espresso Martini
Fresh brewed, chilled, Josie's style

Watermelon Martini
Vodka, lime, and a watermelon wedge

Happy Hour is Monday through Sunday, 2-6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close. Available in the bar and on the patio only.
