Chef Sebastian Setticasi will be plating up his family's famous carb-lovers classics: Four-cheese ravioli ($20) served with San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, basil, and homemade sauce, and Porcini ravioli ($24) stuffed with pancetta, onion, tomatoes, and drizzled with wild mushroom cream.
