La Goulue Debuts New Menu Items

Lobster Pasta (La Goulue)

(PRESS RELEASE)_Palm Beach, Florida – (July 11, 2022) – From a lobster pasta to a seafood tower to summer salads to a Le Steak Sandwich, the La Goulue Palm Beach dinner and brunch menus are sizzling this summer with new menu additions.
 
New to the dinner menu served Tuesday through Sunday 5 to 10 p.m. are:
 
Lobster Pasta
linguine, sweet peas, cherry tomatoes, garlic butter
Chilean Sea Bass
pan roasted sea bass, white asparagus, spinach veloute, hollandaise
Petite Seafood Tower
mignotte, lemon wedge, cocktail, tuna tartare, 1/2 lobster tail,
oysters ~ east (2), west (2), shrimp (2)
Grande Seafood Tower
mignotte, lemon wedge, cocktail, tuna tartare, whole lobster, crab legs,
oysters ~ east (4), west (4), shrimp (4)
Heirloom Tomato Salad
heirloom tomatoes, red onions, blue cheese, olive oil, herb oil, micro basil, prosciutto chips
 
New to the brunch menu, served on Sunday 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. are:
Kale & Quinoa Salad
baby lacinato, oriental red savoy, toasted quinoa, pickled English cucumber sliced almonds, peaches, strawberries, honey almond vinaigrette
Le Steak Sandwich
New York strip, caramelized onions, baby arugula, Roquefort on ciabatta bread, petite salad
Le Sandwich Poulet-Bacon
chicken breast, candied bacon, guacamole, smoked mayo on ciabatta bread, petite salad
 
La Goulue is located at 288 S. County Road in Palm Beach. The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m. and for brunch on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
