(Press Release) Delray Beach FL, March 18, 2024 – Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, will feature several specials on Easter Sunday, March 31, for both lunch and dinner. The Easter specials include Goi Nham (crab avocado salad) with jumbo lump crab, Asian pear, avocado endive, chives and a spicy sesame yuzu dressing ($26); Heo Quay (roast pork belly) with heritage duroc pork, fine rice noodles, five spice and a chili lime dipping sauce ($24); Canh Chua Tom (black tiger shrimp in a tamarind broth with okra, tomato, celery, pineapple and ngo om ($42); Ca Kho Tieu (braised sable) with Alaska wild caught sablefish, caramelized fish and pickled vegetables ($40); and for dessert , Lychee and Honey Mousse with raspberry Thai basil chutney in an Easter egg nest ($15). To further add to the ambiance reminiscent of the Jazz Era, the Lounge now features a jazz pianist Sunday through Wednesday from 5:30 -8:30 p.m. Le Colonial’s hotly anticipated arrival in Delray Beach was its 5th U.S. outpost when the perennially popular restaurant debuted last year, coinciding with the 30th anniversary milestone of the beloved brand by famed restaurateurs Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King, who have introduced countless celebrities, American critics and tastemakers to the elegant and romantic spirit of Vietnam. Dinner in the main dining room is available Sunday through Wednesday from 4 to 10 p.m., Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m. Lunch is served each day from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Lounge, which is walk-in only, offers a special lounge menu and is open each night one hour later than the dining room, with that final hour for drinks only.
