(PRESS RELEASE)_(PALM BEACH, FL) - May 21, 2020 - Lola 41 Global Bistro & Sushi Bar, located at 290 Sunset Avenue, has reopened for dine-in service for dinner and, beginning on Sunday May 31, will be serving Sunday Brunch. After making some major shifts in service protocols to keep staff and diners safe, Lola 41 offers the same great food and vibe, as it reopens and welcomes diners in the restaurant and outdoor patio at 50% capacity. Reservations are available by phone and walk-ins are welcome with the understanding that they comply with social distancing inside and outside of the restaurant. Also, Lola 41 will continue its popular curbside takeout and delivery seven days a week, and guests may now enjoy signature special promotions including: Happy Hour: 7 days a week from 4pm - 6pm featuring $10 Sushi and Small Plate dishes like the Shrimp Tempura Roll and Catonese Style Pork Pot Sticks; as well as “Two for $10” small plate selections. Guests will also enjoy 50% all cocktails and mixed drinks including specialty Spritzes LoLa’s Sushi Sundays: 4pm - 9:30pm offering buy one get one free (of equal or lesser value) on Lola’s full Sushi roll menu, including classic, traditional and specialty rolls. In response to CDC guidelines and in compliance with Covid-19 recovery phases, restaurateur Marco Coelho and team have incorporated innovative solutions and established new best practices to ensure that precautions are taken to keep staff and guests safe. “We have a long business history of successfully adapting to serve the best interests of our guests,” said Coelho. “Our opening in Palm Beach was very successful, so it was extra hard to have to close five weeks later and reinvent ourselves for this new era. However, we are proud of our new service standards and look forward to offering the same fun and high quality dining experience at Lola 41 that guests have come to expect from us.” According to Coelho, guests will experience changes in dining service and setup starting with tables spaced for social distancing, servers wearing masks and gloves, and contact-free ordering through a downloadable app called TOAST; available for both Android and iPhone users. As diners are seated, staff will instruct them on how to download the TOAST app to view the menu and then pay using a QR code. For those who prefer not to use the app, disposable menus are available upon request, and guests will have the option to settle their checks using their credit card. No cash will be accepted. Additional precautions include enhanced sanitization of glassware, silverware, pens, and other items as well as individually wrapped drink garnishes. Lola 41 is now open for Dinner seven days a week: Sunday-Thursday, 5pm - 9:30pm; Friday & Saturday, 5pm - 10:30pm; Happy Hour, 4pm - 6pm; and Sushi Sundays from 4pm - 9:30pm.
