(PRESS RELEASE)_Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale, FL, November 15, 2023--Louie Bossi’s Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria, an Italian restaurant in Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale, led by Big Time Corporate Executive Chef/Partner, Louie Bossi, has added new items to its menu. The new items include: Torn Burrata Salad with seasonal vegetables, evoo, mint, marinated tomatoes and pistachios ($18.50); Chicken Scarpiello, from the wood burning grill with a half chicken, fennel sausage, Italian peppers and crispy potatoes in a natural jus ($33); Rossa Ricotta Pizza ($18.50), a classic tomato pizza made with Neapolitan style dough, fresh basil, Calabrian oregano and served with a drizzle of hot honey and house-made ricotta; and Tagliarini Al Limone ($20), fresh cut tagliarini pasta (a ribbon pasta that is like a thinner linguine) with Meyer lemon, marscapone, yellow tomatoes, parmigiana, chopped pistachios and micro basil. As a “brother” restaurant to Elisabetta’s, Louie Bossi’s has a scratch kitchen and the menu features many classic dishes, like pizza, pastas, dry-aged steaks, but also includes seafood, chicken, and salad options. Louie Bossi’s makes all breads and desserts in house as well, including several flavors of gelato. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
