![]() (PRESS RELEASE)_Delray Beach, FL – The Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach will host an evening under the stars as it presents “A Taste of Asia: A Culinary and Cultural Experience” on Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 6:30–11:00 p.m. Relish the vibrant flavors and rich traditions of Asian culinary culture in a Japanese gardens setting during this special inaugural event. Guests will be given a culinary "passport" they can use to savor Asian-inspired cuisine from South Florida’s celebrated restaurants, while enjoying fine wine, sake, and whiskey. Entertainment will include a powerful Taiko drumming performance by Fushu Daiko and DJ Mike Locke will be spinning J-Pop and dance hits throughout the evening. The event will also showcase a calligraphy demonstration, sake and whisky tastings, and a live auction featuring a ride on the Goodyear Blimp, exquisite jewelry, art pieces, and luxury hotel stays.
