(PRESS RELEASE)_WEST PALM BEACH, FL, April 13, 2021 – Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar and Pizzeria, will serve Mother’s Day brunch all weekend, Saturday, May 8 and Sunday, May 9, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its locations on the West Palm Beach waterfront and on Delray Beach’s Atlantic Avenue. Elisabetta’s is led by Big Time Restaurant Group’s Corporate Culinary Director Lisabet Summa.
Featured brunch dishes include Avocado Toast Stagione ($14.5), Burrata Toast ($13), Pandoro French Toast ($14.5), Frittata Di Verdure ($14.5), Scrambled Eggs and Prosciutto ($15.5), Salmone Affumicato ($16.5), Italian Shakshuka ($13.5), and more. See here for a full brunch menu.
With a purchase of an entrée, guests are offered bottomless drinks for $16 including Unlimted Mimosas, Endless Bloody Mary’s, Bottomless Bellinis, and Infinte Aperol Spritzes. These drink specials are offered Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Elisabetta’s Executive Chef is Andris Salmanis, a Big Time Restaurant Group veteran who most recently served as the executive chef at the Delray Beach location. The General Manager is Drew Shane who also joins the restaurant from Elisabetta’s in Delray Beach.
The restaurant serves dinner seven nights a week, lunch Monday-Friday, and brunch, served Saturdays and Sundays. Elisabetta’s offers valet parking and is also within 100 feet of three public parking garages. The restaurant has all of the latest sanitizing equipment and will operate beyond what the CDC requires to be Covid safe.
