Mounts Partners for Holiday Bromeliad Tree

(PRESS RELEASE)_(West Palm Beach, FL – November 19, 2021), Rochelle Wolberg, Curator-Director of Mounts Botanical Garden, Palm Beach County’s oldest and largest public garden, today announced that it was partnering with Palm Beach Outlets and the PBC Extension Service to present a tropical HOLIDAY BROMELIAD TREE, which is on display through the end of the year at the popular shopping center located at 1751 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard (33401) in West Palm Beach.
 
“More than a thousand brightly colored plants are used in this beautiful 23-foot living tree, including Fireball Bromeliads and Ampla Bromeliads,” says Wolberg. “Both varieties were selected for their color combination, toughness and sun tolerance, because bright light intensifies the coloration.”
 
The HOLIDAY BROMELIAD TREE was joyously designed and assembled by Mounts Horticulture team members Matt Boyson and Joel Crippen, working with Tom Ramiccio of the Bromeliad Society of the Palm Beaches.
 
Shoppers at Palm Beach Outlets can enjoy the gorgeous tree 11 am to 8 pm Monday-Thursday, 10 am to 9 pm Friday-Saturday, and 11 am to 7 pm Sunday.
