(PRESS RELEASE)_Palm Beach Gardens – On National Drink Wine Day, Thursday, February 18, uncork your favorite grape and pay homage at III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens.
 
Oenophiles can raise a glass to Bacchus, the Roman god of wine, with luxury glass pours by Coravin, including Cakebread Cellars Sauvignon Blanc ($20), Daou Family Estates 'Reserve' Chardonnay ($25), Cuttings Cabernet Sauvignon ($26), Hess Collection 'Lion Tamer' Cabernet Sauvignon ($29), Clos Catenac 'Petite Catenac' Bordeaux ($36), Emmolo Merlot ($22), Belle Glos 'Los Alturas' Pinot Noir ($23), and Caymus Suisan 'Grand Durif ' Petite Sirah ($26).
 
The celebrated steakhouse features an array of fine wines consisting of over 300 different labels housed in its mahogany and marble-infused wine room. III Forks also utilizes the Coravin Wine System, a proprietary technology that keeps the cork in place while allowing the wine to flow, and protecting it from oxidation so that every sip tastes as if the bottle was just opened.
 
Feeling noshy? Enjoy wine pairings from executive chef Tommy Nevill's dinner menu (Durham Ranch wagyu, charred cauliflower steak, truffled mushroom burger), and you-deserve-it desserts (coconut cream cake, bread pudding, Bailey’s chocolate cake) from 4-10 p.m.
