III Forks in Palm Beach Gardens will offer "The Bourbon Test," a flight of three bourbons served in Glencairn whisky glasses. The neat pours will be served on a III Forks branded paddle, made from a Garrison Brothers whiskey barrel stave. Each flight ($20) is presented with tasting notes to ensure it’s the best test they’ve ever, well, tasted.
