(PRESS RELEASE)_Lola 41 in Palm Beach, located inside the new White Elephant Hotel, is celebrating Valentine’s Day. The globally-inspired bistro and sushi bar is serving four very indulgent specials starting with an East Coast Oyster appetizer ($28) with uni, pickled daikon and micro greens finished with a Yuzu Mignonette; and a small plate of King Crab ($32) with passion fruit buerre monte’ and Truffle Caviar finished with lime zest and a hearts on fire micros. 

Couples may also choose an entrée for two ($250) - a 30oz. Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye with two 8oz. Maine Lobster Tails topped with a jumbo lump crab béarnaise served with a Twice Baked Black Truffle Sweet Potato. Finally for dessert, a Chocolate Ricotta Cheese Cake ($15) will be served with Bourbon-soaked black cherries topped with a whipped chocolate ganache.
