James Shaw, Chair of the ACLU of Florida’s State Legal Panel, will discuss the current state of civil rights statewide and changes in the law from this year’s Legislative session.

John Martin, a Legal Fellow in the Brennan Center for Justice’s Elections & Government Program, will discuss the Supreme Court’s 2010 decision that opened the floodgates for a wave of big money to influence election.
