Water Club's Encore Tower Topped Out

(PRESS RELEASE)_​NORTH PALM BEACH, FL – October 18, 2019 – Kolter Urban, a West Palm Beach-based real estate development and investment firm, is pleased to announce the topping out of the final phase of Water Club North Palm Beach, The Encore. This announcement follows the resounding sales success in Phase I of Water Club. The Encore Tower broke ground in April 2019 and is reporting over $26 million in sales, breaking sales records in boutique buildings for the area.

Located just off PGA Boulevard Water Club’s third and final tower, The Encore Tower, is slated for completion in 2020 with units priced from $1.45 million. Once the 19-story Encore is complete, Water Club North Palm Beach will feature three architecturally distinctive luxury condominium towers and 20 villas designed by Randall Stofft Architects with interiors by Bob Martin of The Decorators Unlimited. KAST Construction is the general contractor for the Encore Tower with landscaping by Intuitive Design Group.

The addition of Encore Tower will bring the amenity space at Water Club to over 85,000 square feet. The amenity space features two resort-style pools and a lap pool, male and female spas complete with treatment rooms, fitness centers and yoga/Pilates studio, expansive sundecks and a regulation pickleball court. For events, a media room, full catering kitchens and an indoor/outdoor bar are available for residents to host events.

Residents can also reserve one of the two Guests Suites where guests can stay comfortably. The pet-friendly development also offers a dog park. Additional outdoor amenities include a  beach-inspired relaxation area, gas-fed fire pits, and a day dock.
