![]() (NORTH PALM NEWS)_Communications Manager Ed Cunningham, Village of North Palm Beach: "Floating dock work has begun on the north side of the boat ramp at Anchorage Park Marina. This week, the Public Works Department is setting the pilings in place by using a water jet to dig a hole in the seabed. Once all the pilings are placed, work crews will begin driving them deeper into the ground. The driving is expected to begin Friday and take 1 to 3 days. "By setting all the pilings first, then driving them later, the Public Works Department is minimizing the total days of pounding noise for neighbors. Crews also are installing piping for water delivery to the utility pedestals at the boat slips. The boat ramp remains open for use in the meantime." Comments are closed.
